LRE Medical presented a new benefit concept to its employees at six information events. Benefits are salary extras and special advantages made available to the workforce. “Our employees are what make LRE successful. We want to make an active contribution to employee motivation and retention,” says Human Resources Manager Mareike Baumann. The concept was implemented with Langer & Partner, an experienced Nördlingen-based service provider in the implementation and support of company social benefits. The aim was to create a cross-generational benefit concept with which all employees could identify. “LRE Medical was convinced by our individual consulting approach, combined with a digital information and handling process. The personal consulting approach is essential, especially when it comes to the topics of company bikes and company pension plans. The support and servicing of employees is very important to us. We are very much looking forward to working with LRE Medical,” says Rainer Stumpf, who is responsible for the project at Langer & Partner. The employees were not only able to inform themselves at the information events. A new benefit portal was created on the intranet. There, short explanations of the individual benefit components and a short film about the benefits can be found. “We are convinced that we have created something good for the employees of LRE Medical. We not only offer attractive, future-proof jobs, but also an ingenious benefit concept for the people who work for us or come to us,” continues Mareike Baumann. The fact that the concept has been well received is proven by the high demand for consulting appointments offered by Langer & Partner. Just a few hours after the last information event, the first LRE employee took delivery of his company bike. Christoph Mayer was immediately convinced by the benefit concept and is delighted with his new bike.
