I started my apprenticeship at LRE in 2009 and was able to make the career steps from technician to engineer within the company. During my time at LRE, I was freed from the company for a period of two years for the professional training to become a state-certified technician. This way I could continue my education and at the same time have the security of being reinstated at LRE. In order to be in a position to be even more successful in the future and to be prepared for the increasing requirements, I decided for an extra-occupational remote study additionally, which is financed by LRE. How it continues thereafter, will be seen – where is however clear: at LRE. The offered possibilities for further training and advancement are noteworthy and open up previously undreamt-of career prospects for me.

For me, LRE is a company, where great emphasis is placed on the advancement and personal development of their employees. I myself am the best example for this. After graduating as a state-certified mechanical engineering technician, I started working for LRE in 2015 in the TAV, the Technical Work Preparation Department, on the recommendation of friends and acquaintances. From then on, I quickly moved into positions with growing responsibility. One reason for this is certainly the excellent opportunities for further development within the company. And those who are hard-working and ambitious are rewarded accordingly at LRE. As a manager who has been developed in-house, I now work as a production supervisor and am responsible for 30 people. In this role I act as a link between production and all other departments, which makes the work extremely varied and also challenging.
